$140-$180 per Session

Through verbal, art based, and minfulness techniques, you’ll gain the tools you need to heal, grow, and create a deeper connection with yourself. Couples Therapy
$140 - $180 per session
In couples therapy, we create a space for open communication and deeper understanding. Whether you're facing communication challenges, trust issues, or recurring conflicts, I help couples explore their dynamics and navigate difficult emotions. Using a blend of verbal, mindfulness, and art therapy techniques, we’ll work together to strengthen your connection, improve empathy, and rebuild trust. My goal is to help you both feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Art Therapy
$140 - $180 per session
Art therapy is a creative, therapeutic approach that uses the process of making art to explore and express emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Whether through drawing, painting, or other forms of creative expression, art allows you to tap into your inner world and gain insights that words alone may not capture. This method helps you process difficult emotions, increase self-awareness, and uncover healing opportunities. No prior art experience is necessary—just an openness to explore and create in a safe, non-judgmental space. Art therapy can be used as a primary form of therapy or alongside talk therapy to enhance personal growth and healing.

I currently accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Husky, and United Healthcare insurance plans. If your insurance provider is not in-network, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan’s benefits.
